Return Policy
Items purchased may be returned within 14 days of the date you receive the order (i.e. the date your package was
delivered) providing the item has not be worn, washed and is in the original condition in which it was sold with tags
attached in order to achieve a complete refund excluding shipping charges.
Please make sure to complete the Return Merchandise Form and include it with your shipment.
Please be advised that all sales become final 14 days after the order has been delivered to the customer or gift
recipient. Items must arrive to our facility within 14 days after the package was delivered to the customer or gift
recipient. Please allow transit time when returning items to our facility. Any exceptions to the aforementioned return
policy will be at the sole discretion of Libellula Creations. Any exceptions made to our normal return policy will be a
store credit at the current selling price of the item being returned with a 25% restocking fee.
Exceptions to Return Policy
Sale items marked down 50% or more may be returned for store credit only.
Gift Return
Gifts may be returned 14 days of the date your items are delivered. Items must arrive to our facility with 14 days.
Upon receipt of the items, Libellula Creations will credit back the purchaser’s credit card or issue a store credit to
the gift recipient. Please allow transit time when returning items. Please refer back to Return Policy.

Shipping Your Return
Important Note: It is always best to ship your package back to our facility via UPS, FEDEX, or USPS via Delivery
Confirmation. Libellula Creations will not be responsible for lost items that cannot be tracked or where we are unable
to confirm receipt of a package.

Libellula Creations will provide free ground shipping to all orders over $100.00. Free shipping is available in the

About Us
Libellula Creations was founded by Agatha Frank, Tina Burns, and Rhonda Smith in the Fall of 2006. We are two sisters
and a best friend who wanted to start a business we all knew something about, children.
Between the three of us, we have a total of five children. Therefore, we know how hard it is to find cute, well-made
clothing. With this in mind, we built a website that features a large, upscale selection of baby and toddler clothing
along with maternity wear, diaper bags, room décor, plush blankets, and much more.
