Your order may be tracked by clicking onto the tracking number provided to you under your online account.
If the tracking link is not working you may contact the appropriate shipping agent indicated. A shipping

appropriate contact information. |

I HAVE A US SHIPPING ADDRESS BUT AN INTERNATIONAL BILLING ADDRESS. Will this be a

In order to make a purchase you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within
the United States. In addition, the issuing bank must be based in the United States. Please make sure to
enter your exact billing information (first name, last name, billing address, and credit card number) as
they appear on your credit card billing statement. |

confirmations do not reach customers. We suggest that you unblock our e-mail address to ensure that we are

California residents are required to pay sales tax on all
purchases. Sales Tax will be automatically calculated
and added to your order. Out-of-state customers are required to pay sales tax according to their individual

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I CANCEL AN ORDER? |

If you choose to cancel your order, please be sure to e-mail or phone us with your request immediately.
Until you receive a confirmation of cancellation in writing, you should assume that the order is still in our

IS IT SAFE TO ORDER ONLINE? HOW DOES A SECURE SITE WORK? |

Yes, we encrypt all information sent via the Internet, so that data arrives privately and securely to its
destination. Orders placed on our site are encrypted using SSL* technology. You'll notice that you enter a
secure site when a padlock icon appears in the status bar of your browser (usually at the bottom). This
states that all of the information passed between your computer and our computer will be encrypted. Our
computer will tell your computer how to encrypt all information passed between the two using encryption
that can only be decoded on our server. Your computer will do such before sending any information onto the
phone wire and out onto the Internet and eventually to our computer. When it reaches our server, it will be
decoded and logged to our database for processing.
*Secure Socket Layer (SSL) is technology used by vendors to ensure the security of online business. It
negotiates and employs the essential functions of mutual authentication, data encryption and data integrity
for secure transactions.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? |

Items purchased may be returned within 14 days of the date you receive the order, providing the item has
not been worn, washed and is in the original condition in which it was sold with tags attached in order to
receive a complete refund (excluding shipping charges). Please make sure to complete the Return Merchandise
Form and include it with your shipment. |

CAN I RETURN MY MERCHANDISE BY MAIL? |

Yes within 14 days of purchase. It is always best to ship your package back via UPS, FEDEX, or USPS via
Delivery Confirmation. Libellula Creations will not be responsible for lost items that cannot be tracked or
where we are unable to confirm receipt of a package. |

WHAT DOES LIBELLULA MEAN? |

Libellula is Italian for Dragonfly.
Our Nana (Grandmother) Tina was born in Italy and was an extremely influential person in our lives. She
always taught us to work hard and follow our dreams. Most importantly, she taught us that family was of the
utmost importance and to always keep family first in our lives. Dragonflies would frequently surround us
when we were at play in her backyard. She would explain they are a sign of good luck and prosperity. Nana
Tina has since passed away and thus, we wanted to take this opportunity to recognize and reflect on her
important contributions to our lives. |
